Information you provide
Contact and quotation forms collect the contact details and request you enter. Recruitment forms also collect the application details and files you choose to provide. The newsletter form sends the email address you enter to the Mailchimp subscription service. These submissions are separate from cookie choices. Do not include sensitive personal data or information about other people unless required for your request.

Reading privacy information does not mean agreeing to optional tracking. You can refuse optional categories and change your choices at any time. A cookie preference does not subscribe you to the newsletter or authorise a separate form submission.
Choices and separate activities
Saving cookie preferences also creates preference and evidence records. Their data fields, legal grounds and retention are described in the cookie and preference notice. Cookie consent is not blanket consent for recruitment, technical-visit applications, quotations, newsletter subscription or all processing in a chat. This technical preference system does not cover all data processed in separate applications or services.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed and obtain information about its purposes, use and recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction and, where the legal conditions are met, deletion or destruction, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse result arising exclusively from automated analysis and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing.
Submit a formal Turkish-law request in Turkish by signed letter to the postal address above or through registered electronic mail (KEP). You may also write to mikropor@mikropor.com from an email address previously provided to us and registered in our system, or use secure electronic or mobile signature. Include your name, signature for written requests, Turkish identity number (or nationality and passport or available identity number for foreign nationals), service address, available contact details and your request, with relevant supporting documents. Do not send an identity-document copy at the outset; proportionate verification may be needed.
Requests are handled as soon as their nature permits and within 30 days. They are normally free; any additional cost may be charged only under the applicable Board tariff. Controller and scope
The controller is MİKROPOR MAKİNA SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. (Mikropor), Ahi Evran OSB Mah. Oğuz Cad. No:5, Sincan / Ankara, Türkiye. This notice covers the website’s contact and quotation forms. Reading it or submitting a request does not give consent to separate marketing activities.
Data and collection method
The forms electronically collect your name, email, telephone number, company, country/city/state, product or product group, serial number and message by wholly or partly automated means. Fields vary by form. Submission source, time and status, IP address, browser information and assessment of suspected automated submissions are also processed. A Google reCAPTCHA token is processed for security verification; new local form records store the verification result.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Identity, contact and request information necessary to prepare a quotation or fulfil a product request directly related to a contract to which you are or will be a party: Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698.
- Identity, business contact and request information necessary to respond to, route and follow up a request made as a company employee/representative or a general enquiry: our legitimate interest in managing enquiries under Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
- IP, browser, verification and transaction records necessary to detect automated misuse and manage submission status: our legitimate interest in form security under Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Recipients and sharing purposes
A record is created in the website database. For requests passing security checks, the defined identity, contact, company, location, product-group, serial-number, message and enquiry-source fields are sent to Salesforce’s customer relationship service for enquiry management. The relevant Mikropor sales/technical team assesses the request. The Google reCAPTCHA token is not sent to Salesforce. Google reCAPTCHA processes verification data to check automated submissions. Website hosting and technical support providers supply the services used to operate the form and hold its records. Do not include unrelated identity documents, health information or unnecessary information about other people in your message.
Your rights and requests
You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 through the request channels and procedures above. This does not limit rights under other applicable laws.
Job and internship applications
Identity, contact, education, language, course/certificate, work-experience, cover-letter and CV information is collected electronically to receive and assess your application. The current form also contains date of birth, gender, marital and military status, driving licence, previous pay/reason for leaving and whether you have a reference. Applications enter the website’s records and file system; a notification is sent to the relevant company email recipient. Do not send health/disability documents, criminal records or identity-document copies with an initial application. Do not include unnecessary information about other people in your CV.
Technical visits
The individual form collects identity and contact information, university, department, year of study, enrolment year, grade average, date of birth, gender, participation and career goals, and your answers about Mikropor. The institutional form collects the institution, contact person and requested visit date. Information is stored in the electronic application system; emails support assessment and organisation by the relevant team and inform the applicant about the request. This flow is separate from job applications. If you provide information about others, also give them this information.
AI chat assistant
The chat assistant uses ElevenLabs. Responses are generated by AI and may be incorrect or incomplete. The service loads after functional permission and the action to start chat. Contact information you provide in chat may be linked to the conversation ID. Conversation text/summary, contact details, language, duration and request type are processed through the website notification queue and email system to assess your question and route it to the relevant team. Do not enter identity documents, health information, payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary information about others. You can also send product or quotation enquiries to mikropor@mikropor.com.
